As a Summer Staff, you could work and serve in one of 15 communities or community pairings across the country.
Communities are our partners, friends and the places we and our participants serve. Throughout our partnership with a community, we listen closely, speak carefully and serve humbly to understand the real needs that the community has. When youth serve on a mission trip, they get to be a part of real change by participating in the work that God is already doing in that particular community. We call this Respectful Service.
Why YouthWorks?
When students and communities connect, they join in the bigger story of what God is doing in the world around them. YouthWorks provides meaningful Christ-centered mission trips for middle and high school students that broaden perspectives, ignite passions, expose possibilities, and inspire pursuits. This is what you as a Summer Staff would be helping to facilitate!
With over 30 years of investing in healthy community relationships, YouthWorks coordinates all the logistics, and Summer Staff help to execute them, so that participants can focus on building their relationships with God, the community, and each other.
